VICTOR GOTESMAN

Victor’s expertise and experience as an arts administrator encompasses all aspects of performing arts management. Prior to founding CCR, he served as Managing Director of Jaffe Holden Acoustics, whose projects include Zankel Hall at Carnegie Hall, the renovation of the Kennedy Center Concert Hall and the Lincoln Center Master Plan. Prior to joining JHA, Victor was President of Theatre Projects Consultants, where he served as principal-in-charge for major feasibility studies and advised on issues of arts center administration including operations, financial management and programming.  An arts presenter for over 25 years, Victor was Executive Director of the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (Cerritos, CA) from its creation in 1991 to 1996.

NOEL HAYASHI

As an arts marketing specialist for over thirty-five years, Noel has given arts organizations across the country a unique and defining image. Noel’s own passion for the arts and her intuitive perspective on how one’s creative process fits into the broader cultural context of a community provide her with the ability to synthesize artistic vision into professional reality.  As founder and president of HAYASHI, Comprehensive Marketing for the Arts, Noel conceptualized marketing campaigns for the Paul Taylor Dance Company, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Martha Graham Dance Company, New York’s City Center, the Orchestra of St. Luke’s, the New York Youth Symphony, New York Chinese Cultural Center, Theatre Projects Consultants, and many others.
